However, our consultant was very helpful and accommodating. The team was responsive and informative throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly on our big day—and it did! Our photographer was fantastic—talented, creative, and very attentive. They captured stunning photos and knew all the best spots around our venue for breathtaking shots. Our wedding was near Orlando and overall we enjoyed working with Palms Isles. Our photographer Alex also did our engagement photos so we felt comfortable with him on our wedding day which was great. He was very professional in setting up shots and kept time in mind as the sun was setting to ensure all of the wedding party and family shots were done on time. My video was perfect.
